am**on shipping said my parcel had been delivered and even gave a time! I had not and did not recieve it. Lisa Angel were lovely. They offered a refund or replacement, Ichose the latter and it arrived on tome byDBD. It was a birthday present to myself and they appologised and wishe d me a happy birthday. They were understanding, friendly and professional. I've hardley taken it off since it came. It goes well with the real gold chain that my husband gave to me and it does not pull the hair on my neck like similar chains have done in the past. It is a lovely length, visable inside an open neck shirt etc. Definitley recommend both the item and Lisa Angel.
