The tea set is absolutely beautiful, but sadly arrived slightly damaged. I emailed customer services, who responded immediately, and posted me a replacement the same day. Very impressed with the service and the product.

The mug arrived broken so I requested another one to be sent, this also arrived broken, this is a shame because the set was beautiful, the packaging was just poor.
